Mr. B. Kirankumar Sharma, learned counsel on record for contempt petitioner is before this Court (physical Court).
Mr. Juno Rahman, learned counsel on record for respondent Nos. 1,2,3,8 & 9 and Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel on record for respondent No.4 are before this Court on the Video Conferencing (V.C.) platform. Mr. W. Niranjit, learned State counsel for respondent No.6 and Mr. Leo N, learned counsel on record for respondent No.7 are before this Court (physical Court).
Mr. B. The afore-referred respondents stand discharged from contempt and they stand purged of contempt.
In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned contempt case is given a closure i.e., disposed of as closed recording due compliance. There shall be no order as to costs.
