Mr. N. Mahendra, learned counsel on record for the appellant sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned main appeal and the ‘MC’ (‘Miscellaneous Case’) thereat but made a prayer to preserve all the rights and contentions of the appellant to file an appropriate petition assailing the same impugned order i.e., order dated 11.05.2026 made in Judl. Misc. Case No. 189 of 2026, CNR : MNIW05-000255-2026 and Ref: Mat. Annulment Suit No. 2 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Manipur at Lamphelpat, Imphal.
Request of learned counsel for appellant is acceded to.
To be noted, endorsement made in the case file in this regard by the learned counsel on record for the appellant/MC applicant is as follows:
In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned main appeal and the captioned MC thereat are disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit with preservation of rights and contentions of the appellant/MC applicant in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
