O R D E R
25-05-2026 Mr. L.N. Ngamba, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that he and his colleagues have filed an application for determining being counsel for the appellants on the ground that the appellants are not responding to the counsel and as such, they could not get instructions. In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the appellants prays they may be determined or withdrawn from being the counsel for the appellants. Mrs. R.K. Emily, learned Dy. Government Advocate for the State respondents, submits that this Court may pass appropriate order. In the circumstances, the application is allowed. Mr. L.N. Ngamba, learned counsel and his chamber colleagues are discharged from being the counsel for the appellants. Registry is directed to issue fresh notice to the appellants for engaging new counsel or appearing in person to pursue the case. MC(RFA) No. 8 of 2025 is disposed of.
