22-05-2026 Ms. Basei Roja Shahni, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one. Mrs. R.K. Emily, learned Dy. Government Advocate for the State respondents, has no objection and submits that this Court may pass appropriate order in terms of the submission made at the Bar. Recording the submissions made at the Bar, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised. MC(WP(C)) No. 690 of 2024 is also disposed of.
