Abdul Baqee Khan, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner may be granted leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum by filing an appropriate application as provided under law. Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA and Mr. S. Lokhendro, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have no objection. Leave granted, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed as being withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
