11-05-2026 Present Md. Syed Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. W. Darakeshwar, learned Sr. PCCG for respondent No. 2. Md. Syed Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the order dated 06-07-2023 passed by this Court in Review.Pet. No. 9 of 2023 has already been set aside by Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 04-08-2025 in SLP (C) Nos. 8347-8348 of 2024 and it is submitted that since the order in the review petition has already been set aside and the matter was remanded to the High Court for deciding afresh by Hon’ble Supreme Court, the cause of the contempt petition does not survive. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. MC(CONT. CAS(C)) No. 52 of 2024 is also disposed of.
