Mr. BR Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that he has received instructions to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one keeping alive all the rights and contentions made by the petitioner in this present writ petition.
The learned counsel accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one, if so, advised.
Mr. H. Debendra, learned Sr. counsel and Dy. AG assisted by Mr. A. Bheigya, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection.
Leave granted, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed as being withdrawn by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one keeping alive all the rights and contentions made in the present petition.
