The learned counsel further submitted that the Secretary of the Manipur Equestrian Association lastly wrote a letter dated 28-10- 2024 to the respondent No. 2 submitting the proceedings of the General Body Meeting held on 20-10-2024 and the Managing Committee Meeting held on 27-10-2024 of the said Association with a request to give necessary acknowledgement so as to enable the Association to execute the handing over and taking over of charges on time. The learned counsel submitted that despite repeated requests made by the Secretary of the Manipur Equestrian Association, the respondent No. 2 has failed to take up any action till today. The learned counsel, accordingly, submitted that the present writ petition may be disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider the latest letter dated 28-10-2024 submitted by the Secretary, Manipur Equestrian Association
