29-04-2026 Md. AS Zingxhonphy Zimik, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh one. Mr. Themchuiyo Kashung, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S. Vijayanand Sharma, learned Sr. PCCG for the respondents, submits that this Court may pass appropriate order. Considering the submissions made at the Bar, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised.
