Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions and filed an application MC(W.P. (C)) No. 817 of 2025 for withdrawing the present W.P. (C) No. 868 of 2025 along with misc. application with liberty to approach before the appropriate forum.
Mr. H. Devendra, learned Dy. AG assisted by Mr. L. Somorendro Roy, learned Govt. counsel for the State respondents has no objection in withdrawing the writ petition along with misc. application.
Recording the submissions made at the bar, the present W.P. (C) No. 868 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach appropriate forum, if so advised.
The MC(W.P. (C)) No. 817 of 2025 and MC(W.P. (C)) No. 794 of 2025 are also disposed of accordingly.
