Heard Mr. H. Kenajit, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 and Ms. Pamchui, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2.
None appeared on behalf of the respondents No. 3 & 4.
The present application has been filed with a prayer for preponing the hearing of the connected WP (C) No. 690 of 2025 on the ground that some urgency is involved in the matter.
Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 and Ms. Pamchui, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2 submitted that counter affidavits on behalf of the KABORA MBAM SAPANA CHANU Digitally signed by KABORAMBAM SAPANA CHANU Date: 2025.11.05 13:25:14 +05'30'
respondents are yet to be filed and as such, 3 weeks’ time has been sought for filing the said counter affidavit.
