Order

31.10.2025

Heard Mr. M. Rendy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. for the State respondent No. 1 & 2.

By the present petition, the petitioner prays for an innocuous order of directing respondent No. 3 i.e. President, Wrestling Federation of India, to consider and dispose of the representation dated 01.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner to the President, Wrestling Federation of India by a speaking order for initiating to take action against one individual.

It is submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of at this stage by directing respondent No. 3 to consider and pass a speaking order to the representation submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. for the State respondent, has no role in the present case and the matter is to be dealt with by respondent No. 3 and this Court may pass appropriate order in the facts of the present case.

This Court has considered the materials on record. The only substantive prayer made in the present writ petition is for directing respondent No. 3 i.e. Wrestling Federation of India to consider and pass a speaking order to the representation dated 01.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Without going to the merit of the case, this Court deemed it to dispose of the writ petition at this stage by directing respondent No. 3 to consider and pass a speaking order to the representation dated 01.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Writ petition is disposed of.
