Heard Mr. R.K. Milan, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents. The present application has been filed with a prayer for passing an interim order for not giving effect to sub-para (3) of para 2 of the Office Memorandum dated 28.08.2007. In the connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 497 of 2025 the petitioners has not assail the said office memorandum. In the present application also the petitioners/applicants has also not assail the said office memorandum and as such, this Court is of the considered view the present application is not maintainable in as much as without assailing the validity of the said office memorandum, the petitioners has no locus or right to filed the LUCY GURUM AYUM Digitally signed by LUCY GURUMAYUM Date: 2025.10.31 15:03:04 +05'30'
