Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel instructed by Mr. W. Jamon, learned counsel on record for applicants; and Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned DSGI instructed by Mr. Nongdamba Naorem, learned counsel on record for the respondents; are before this Court. Both sides submit that in the light of the afore-referred Corrigendum, the captioned miscellaneous case has become infructuous and that the same can be given a closure. Recording the stated common position of both sides, captioned miscellaneous case is disposed of as closed.
