Fakaruddin, learned counsel, appeared on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the direction given by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents by issuing an order dated 03.06.2025 on which the representation submitted by the petitioner has been disposed of. The learned senior counsel, accordingly, prays for closing the present contempt petition. Mr. Sh. Athoi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner may be given liberty to challenge the order dated 03.06.2025. Recording the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present contempt petition is hereby closed. Needless to mention here that the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order, if he is aggrieved by the same.
