Present Mr. LN Ngamba, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Th. Ranjeeta, learned counsel for the respondent.
The matter was referred to the High Court Mediation Centre vide order dated 25.07.2025.
In the mediation proceedings dated 19.09.2025, the parties have arrived the amicable settlement for withdrawal of MC (Cril. Petn.) No. 27 of 2024.
In terms of the mediation settlement, the MC (Cril. Petn.) No. 27 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
