Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh one. Mr. W. Darakeshwar, learned Sr. PCCG and Mr. Samarjit H., learned PP for the respondents, have no objection. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised.
