Mr. N. Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition to file a better one. Mr. H. Debendra, learned Dy. Advocate General for the State respondents, submits that in the present writ petition nothing concrete has been prayed by the petitioner and the writ petition may be dismissed as not maintainable in the present form.
