Present Mr.L.Seityandra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Y.Ashang, learned PP for the State. Crl.MC No.2 of 2025.
Learned counsel for the petitioner filed an application being Crl MC No.2 of 2025 for determining from being counsel for the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner No.1 died on 30.06.2024 and after his expiry, learned counsel could not have any contact with respondent No.2 and it is submitted that he may be discharged from being counsel for the petitioners in A.B No.12 of 2024.
Mr.Y.Ashang, learned PP for the State has no objection in disposing Crl M.C No.2 of 2025.
In the circumstance, Crl M.C No.2 of 2025 is allowed. Registry is directed to appear in person or through their counsel.
