Present Mr. Serto T Kom, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Y. Jinita, learned counsel for the private respondents and applicant in MC (W.P. (C)) No. 760 of 2024 and Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned GA for the State respondents.
It is submitted that mediation report is unsuccessful.
The misc. application i.e. MC(W.P. (C)) No. 760 of 2024 is filed by the learned counsel for the private respondents for determination on the ground that they have not contact with the parties.
In the circumstances, the MC(W.P. (C)) No. 760 of 2024 is allowed and the counsel for respondent nos. 3 & 4 are discharged.
