Present Ms. Kh. Maria, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents through video conferencing. Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents, submits a copy of the letter dated 17-07-2025 written by the Deputy Secretary (FD/PIC), Finance Department, Government of Manipur sent to the Deputy Government Advocate (High Court) stating that the case against the petitioner is closed by the Committee on Public Accounts. In the circumstances, the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
