After some arguments, Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this court to not to press the captioned contempt petition for the present but made a request to preserve all the rights and contentions of the contempt petitioner to issue a pre- contempt private notice and come up with another contempt petition, if the need arises.
This request of the learned counsel is acceded to.
