1. This is an application for impleadment of the Executive Committee, Garo Hills Autonomous District Council, Tura represented by the Secretary.

2. The same is not objected by the respondent for the respondents.

3. It is noted as given in the application that the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council is represented by the Secretary, whereas the correct nomenclature should have been the Executive Committee, Garo Hills Autonomous District Council, Tura represented by the Secretary. This Court in order not to delay the proceedings, overlooks this fact.

4. Accordingly, it is ordered that the Executive Committee of the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council, Tura represented by the Secretary shall stand impleaded as the respondent No. 5. Registry to make necessary corrections in the Cause Title.
