JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)

1. By order dated 07-09-2026, Mr. P.Yobin, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 had prayed that the matter be closed as the respondent No. 3 is not inclined to accept the post of Sordar of Wahlang Khyndai Kyntoit, Nongspung Syiemship.
