1. This is an application for impleadment of the Ombudsman, Meghalaya Cricket Association, as a necessary party respondent in the instant matter.
2. The same is not objected by the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. For the reasons stated therein, the Ombudsman, Meghalaya Cricket Association, shall stand impleaded as a party respondent No. 3, in the instant matter. Registry to make the necessary corrections in the Cause Title.
