Per. H.S. Thangkhiew, Judge:
1. This application has been filed by the petitioners/applicants for amendment of the prayer in the writ petition.
2. The amendment sought as contained in Para-7 of the application is with regard to the number of the impugned notification, which should read as Notification No. ERTS (E) 12/2026/28, dated 13.05.2026.
3. The State respondents have no objection to the prayer made by the petitioners/applicants.
4. This Court notes that though the application has been styled as an application for amendment, however, as it involves only a typographical correction, the same is considered as an application in the nature of Section 152 CPC. The typographical error as prayed is permitted to be corrected in the Registry itself, in the course of the day.
5. Misc. Case stands allowed and disposed of.
