Serial No. 03 Supplementary List 2026:MLHC:833

After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to entertain the petition, since the trial had commenced, learned counsel for the petitioners sought leave to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to state, the trial court to conduct the case on its own merits uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this petition. All contentions of all parties on merits are kept open.
