This is an application for condonation of delay of 726 days in preferring the connected criminal revision petition against the impugned Judgment and Order of Conviction dated 21.03.2024 and impugned Order of Sentence dated 22.03.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Ri-Bhoi District, Nongpoh, in Special (POCSO) Case No.37 of 2018. 2026:MLHC:782

The reason for delay has been sufficiently explained at paragraph 3 of the application.

Mr. R. Gurung, learned GA appearing for the State has no objection to the prayer for condonation of delay.

Accordingly, the delay of 726 days in preferring the connected criminal revision petition against the impugned Judgment and Order of Conviction dated 21.03.2024 and impugned Order of Sentence dated 22.03.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Ri-Bhoi District, Nongpoh is hereby condoned.

Registry is directed to diarize the criminal revision petition and list it for motion.
