JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)

1. This is an application for impleadment of the Department of District Council Affairs through the Secretary, Government of Meghalaya, Shillong, as party respondent in the instant matter.

2. The same is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents.
