This is an application seeking impleadment of the Chief Manager, Meghalaya Rural Bank, Iewduh Branch, Shillong as respondent No.2 in Criminal Revision Petition No. 11 of 2025. Pursuant to the issuance of notice, Ms. S.R. Marak, learned counsel, has entered appearance on behalf of the party sought to be impleaded, and has conveyed no objection to the prayer for impleadment. In view of the above, the prayer made in this application is allowed. The Chief Manager, Meghalaya Rural Bank, Iewduh Branch, Shillong is allowed to be impleaded as respondent No. 2 in the Criminal Revision Petition No. 11 of 2025.
