The learned counsels appearing for the parties submit that the parties have amicably settled the matter and a settlement agreement dated 06.05.2026 has been entered into between the parties laying down the terms and conditions of the settlement. The settlement agreement dated 06.05.2026 has been brought into record by an affidavit by the petitioner. It is submitted that pursuant to the execution of the settlement agreement, there remains nothing to be decided in this revision petition. Serial No. 01 Regular List 2026:MLHC:566
In view of the submission made by the parties, this revision petition stands closed as infructuous on the basis of the settlement agreement dated 06.05.2026 executed between the parties.
