By this application, the applicant has sought impleadment of the survivor, ‘Ms.X’, as a party respondent No.4 in Crl.Petn No.35 of 2024. 2026:MLHC:522
It is submitted that the impleadment of the survivor is necessary for proper adjudication of Crl.Petn No.35 of 2024.
The learned counsels for the respondents have no objection to the prayer of impleadment.
The application, as such, stand allowed.
‘Ms.X’ is allowed to be impleaded as respondent No.4 in Crl.Petn No.35 of 2024.
