1. By this application the applicant who is the writ petitioner in the main writ petition WP(C) No. 692 of 2025, is seeking for striking-off Shri Miyo Swer, who has been arrayed as respondent No. 5. The reasons for striking-off is that he has since ceased to function as the Secretary of the Sein Raij Elaka Rymbai, as he has been replaced by Shri Dawyoo Lyngdoh.
2. Mr. N. Syngkon, learned GA who is appearing on behalf of the opposite parties has no objection.
3. Accordingly, Shri Dawyoo Lyngdoh shall be recorded as the respondent No. 5, in place of the earlier incumbent Shri Miyo Swer. Registry to make the necessary corrections in the Cause Title.
4. Misc. Case is allowed and disposed of.
