JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)
1. This is an application by one Shri. Oshalson Nongbri for impleading himself in the main writ petition. The ground for seeking impleadment is that he was the original complainant who had made the complaints against the writ petitioner with regard to illegal alienation of land for consideration.
2. It is submitted by Mr. J.Shylla, learned counsel for the applicant that the terms of Appointment/Sanad prohibits such transactions which have been entered into by the writ petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the application for impleadment.
4. Accordingly, the applicant shall stand impleaded as respondent No. 5 in the main writ petition.
5. Registry to make necessary addition in the cause title.
6. Misc. case stands closed and disposed of.
