By this application, the applicant has sought for permission to present the connected civil revision petition against the impugned order dated 30.04.2026 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, East 2026:MLHC:429

Khasi Hills, Meghalaya without the production of a certified copy of the same. It is submitted that since the revision petition has been preferred in an urgent situation, there was no opportunity for the applicant to obtain a certified copy of the impugned order.

The prayer of the applicant to present the connected civil revision petition without certified copy of the impugned order dated 30.04.2026 is allowed with a condition that the same shall be placed before this Court as and when it is obtained by the applicant.

With the above, this application stands disposed of.
