JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)
1. This is an application for striking off the name of the sole respondent in the connected Contempt case being Cont.Cas(C). No. 10 of 2026.
2. Mr. R.Pahsyntiew, learned counsel for the applicant prays that due to the change in incumbency, one Shri. Anil Kumar Vij, IDSE, Chief Engineer (AF) Shillong Zone, who is arrayed as a respondent in the application be substituted in place of the earlier respondent, namely, Brigadier Neeraj Madan.
3. Prayer is allowed.
4. Misc. application accordingly stands disposed of.
5. Registry is directed to strike off the earlier respondent in the connected Cont.Cas(C). No. 10 of 2026, and substitute the name of Shri. Anil Kumar Vij, IDSE, Chief Engineer (AF) Shillong Zone as party respondent.
