Colney, learned counsel, is present on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 11 & 12. The matter was referred to the High Court Mediation Committee for facilitating an amicable settlement between the parties. As per the report dated 20.03.2026 of the High Court Mediation Committee, the matter stands settled between the parties. In the view of the said report, there is nothing to be decided in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed and disposed of.
