Sharma, learned Legal Aid Counsel for the applicant, who has submitted that the applicant has filed an appeal before this Court, being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the impugned judgment and order dated 15.05.2024 passed by the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, West Jaintia Hills District, Jowai in Sessions Case No. 135 of 2013, wherein, he was directed to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a term of 7 years with fine of ₹ 5000/- (Rupees five thousand) only, and in default thereof, to undergo simple imprisonment of one month.
