Although the aforesaid petition was disposed of vide judgment and order dated 16th March, 2026, it is kept today for recording compliance of the direction given in paragraph 9 of the said judgment and order i.e., a direction to the petitioner to deposit costs of ₹ 25,000/- directly into the respondent No. 3’s account within four weeks from the date of the judgment and order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an affidavit evidencing payment made to the respondent No. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 does not dispute the same.
Since the order has been complied with, no further orders.
