JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)
1. This is an application for impleadment of Shri. Tangseng Momin, son of Shri. Edison K. Marak, Additional Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Personnel & AR Department, Meghalaya, as party respondent in the connected Contempt application.
2. Mr. H.Abraham, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2, submits that in the chain of events, the compliance of order dated 22-10- 2021, could not be completed as the special interview which was directed to be conducted has to go through the Personnel Department.
3. Accordingly, Shri. Tangseng Momin, Additional Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Personnel Department, Meghalaya, shall stand impleaded as respondent No. 3 in the connected Contempt application.
4. Registry to make necessary corrections and addition in the cause title.
5. Misc. case stands disposed of.
