When the matter is taken up, it is informed by the learned Senior counsel on behalf of the respondent No. 1, that the matter is before the Executive Committee, District Council, with regard to the same prayer made in the writ petition. Though the respondent No. 2, has still not appeared, the respondent No. 3 is represented by Mr. R.K. Synrem, learned counsel.
As the matter has still not yet been decided by the Executive Committee, which is the proper forum, this matter stands closed and disposed of with the direction that the representation be disposed of expeditiously as possible preferably within one-weeks’ time, as the function is fixed to be conducted within November, 2025.
Matter accordingly stands closed and disposed of.
