1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. Parija, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner.

3. It is submitted that the admitted dues of the Petitioner pursuant to completion of construction of M.Tech Hostel Building for Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT) at Burla, is pending for more than seven years. In this regard the representation of the Petitioner is pending before the authority.

4.
