1. Ms. Pani, learned counsel for the petitioner being present in virtual Court, High Court of Orissa, Ganjam addresses arguments.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner before this Court raises a limited grievance regarding consideration of his representation, copy of which has been annexed to the writ application marked as Annexures-5. Several prayers have been made in the writ application but it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, for the present, without pressing

the writ application regarding the prayers made therein seeks a direction for consideration of his representation.

3. The learned ASC in response submits that if the representation is still pending, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the appropriate authority in accordance with law within a reasonable time.

4. In view of the limited nature of prayer made by the petitioner and the submissions made by his learned counsel, this Court is not seeking any response from the opposite parties regarding the contentions raised by the petitioner in the writ application.

5. It is directed that the authority shall do well to consider the representation dated 17.07.2026 (Annexure-5 to the writ application), which is pending consideration in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of this order along with copy of representation already made and copies of all such documents sought to be relied upon by the petitioner. The decision so made shall be communicated to the petitioner.

6. This Court has not expressed any opinion regarding the contentions raised by the petitioner or that of the parties to the writ application.

7. The writ application is disposed of with the above observations.
