1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to Opposite Party No.3 to consider the application dated 10.03.2026 submitted by the Petitioner before the Tahasildar seeking demarcation of his plot bearing No.459 under Khata No.125, situated in Mouza-Bandhbari, District-Kalahandi.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the village where the Petitioner resides is situated in a remote area and, therefore, online access is not available for submission of the application, although, as per the prevailing SOP, every such application is required to be submitted online.

4. In the event the said submission is found to be correct, the Sarpanch of the concerned Gram Panchayat shall make an endorsement to the effect that the online application facility is not accessible from the concerned Panchayat. Upon such endorsement being made by the Sarpanch, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to submit the application in offline mode before the concerned Tahasildar.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
