1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Ms. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Ms. Padhi, learned ASC for State.

3. It is submitted that the authorities are constructing a Kalyan Mandap adjacent to the school and in this regard, the representation of Petitioners is pending with the authority.

4. period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. Till such decision is taken by Opposite Party No.3, the construction of the proposed Kalyan Mandap adjacent to Bangalpur School, named at Serial No.63 of the notification dated 9th March 2026 (Annexure-1), may not be proceeded with.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application.
