1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. Dwibedi, learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

3. It is submitted that the admitted dues of the Petitioner pursuant to completion of construction of Execution of earthwork and minor bridges and other miscellaneous works for East Coast Railway, is pending for more than twenty one years. In this regard the representation of the Petitioner is pending before the authority.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Deputy Chief Engineer (Con-II), Angul (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-5 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
