1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for State.

3. It is submitted that the Petitioners are the President and Members of the Bana Sarankhyana Samiti (BSS) of village Godibandha and Mansinghpatna and their registration as Members of VSS is not being renewed. In this regard, their representation is pending before the authority.

of the Petitioner, with a direction to the Divisional Forest Officer, Athagarh Division (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioners as per their representation at Annexure-3, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application.
