1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. Parija, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner.

3. It is submitted that the admitted dues of the Petitioner pursuant to completion of construction of Swimming Pool for Beginners/ Learners of Dr. J.K.Sahu Swimming Pool Complex, Sambalpur, Odisha, is pending for more than nine years. In this regard the representation of the Petitioner is pending before the authority.

4.
