1. Heard Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for the State.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization and approval of his service against his post in Jagamohan Mahurikalaua Higher Secondary School at Ballipada, Ganjam, that his case is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co- ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioners that his representation under Annexure-4 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

contentions of the Petitioner with a direction to the Commissioner-cum-Secretary of School and Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.3) to consider; the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-4, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
