1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. A compliance affidavit was filed on behalf of the Contemnor in court today. The same is taken on record.
3. Referring to the compliance affidavit, learned counsel for the Contemnor contended that the order passed by this Court has been complied with vide office order dated 02.04.2026 and challenging the same, the Petitioner has already filed a fresh writ application bearing W.P.(C) No.17132 of 2026.
4. In such view of the matter, the CONTC application stands dropped. .
